The OCTA building has a large
auditorium, a commercial type kitchen, and ample parking. It is
available for rental to individuals and organizations for events
that do not conflict with our aims and purposes, or with our
scheduled events. Naturally, drugs and alcohol are forbidden on
the premises and smoking is not allowed in the building.
The following is a summary of our rental fees. Please call
Myrtle King at 634-6786 to make reservations or for further
information.

- Rental fees for
parties who are not individual OCTA members:
|
- $100.00 rental fee for the
first four (4) hours. This does not include kitchen
privileges.
- $100.00 kitchen use fee if
the renter desires to use the kitchen.
- $25.00 per hour for each hour
in addition to the original four (4) hours. To be estimated
and also paid in advance.
- $100.00 refundable cleaning
and use deposit, to be paid by separate check or funds in
addition to the building rental fee.

- Rental fees for
individuals who have been members of the OCTA for at least
one year: (An
OCTA member cannot rent the building for an organization or
another person under this provision.)

- $75.00 rental fee for the
first four (4) hours. This does not include kitchen
privileges.
- $75.00 kitchen use fee if the
renter desires to use the kitchen.
- $20.00 per hour for each hour
in addition to the original four (4) hours. To be estimated
and also paid in advance.
- $100.00 refundable cleaning
and use deposit, to be treated in the same manner as for
regular rentals.

- Rental fees for
other functions such as bazaars, garage sales and craft
shows:

- If the function is conducted with Board approval during
an OCTA function such as the Indian Taco Sale, the rentals
shall be $25.00 per booth.
- If the function is a stand alone function, the regular
rental fees shall apply in addition to a fee of $25.00 per
booth.
- Funerals may be held for free for those without
reasonable access to church or other facilities.
- Fees for any other function will be considered by the
Board on a case by case basis.
