Officers for 2011 were elected at the
special meeting held on January 17, 2011. The regular meeting
scheduled for January 10 had to be rescheduled because of very
inclement weather. Former OCTA President George Mouse ably conducted the
election. The new officers were Della Eisel (President), Tina
Hembree-Enslinger (Secretary), Henry Harjo (Board Position No. 1),
Phyllis Been (Board Position No. 3), Betty Arduine (Board Position
No. 5), Mary Ann Allen (Board Position No. 7), and Norris Samuels (Sgt. at Arms). As Della Eisel had been Vice President, the office
became open when she was elected President. Phyllis Been was elected
to serve as Vice President at the February meeting, so Grayson Noley
was elected to fill the remainder of the Board
Position No. 3 term at the March meeting. Board Position No. 5
became vacant and Richard Jones was elected to fill the remainder of
that term at the April meeting.
